We are all tourists in space.

Earth spins on its axis like a great cosmic spindle, a wheel that never stops turning. And here we are—tourists. Every single one of us just passing through, pretending we’ve got all the time in the world to figure things out. Some of us act like the wheel’s just a nice background feature, something to admire while we sit in neutral, waiting for life to hand us a sign. Others? They make a half-hearted attempt at a bucket list, cramming all their so-called dreams into some arbitrary timeline because mortality finally decided to tap them on the shoulder.

What a joke. Waiting for a diagnosis to start living? Making lists you’ll only look at when you’re on your deathbed? That’s not life. That’s procrastination with a prettier name. But here’s the thing about this wheel we’re all stuck on: it doesn’t care. It doesn’t pause. It doesn’t give you a break to get your act together. It just keeps spinning, whether you’re making moves or sitting there, paralyzed by the illusion of safety.

And let’s be real, most people are stuck on that hamster wheel of their own design—spinning in circles, making no real progress, but patting themselves on the back for all the effort it takes to go absolutely nowhere. You know the type. The ones who talk big about change and growth but can’t be bothered to take a step off the wheel and into the unknown. They’d rather wait for the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity, the perfect excuse. Spoiler alert: that moment doesn’t exist.

Me? I don’t wait for signs. I don’t need a life crisis or some dramatic wake-up call to start living. I know how to be uncomfortable. I know how to step off the wheel and take the damn risk, even if it means I might fall flat on my face. Because here’s the truth: the wheel keeps spinning whether you play it safe or not. And no reward worth having ever came without a little discomfort.

The question is, what kind of tourist are you? Do you want to be the one who spends their time on the sidelines, making lists and excuses while the rest of us are out here taking risks, learning, growing, and actually living? Or are you ready to stop spinning in place and start making real moves? Because I’m not here to hold your hand or tell you what you want to hear. I’m not interested in being your comfort zone. I’m here to push you, to challenge you, to make you look at yourself and ask the hard questions you’ve been dodging.

And if that’s too much for you? If you’d rather stay safe and stuck, convincing yourself that someday, maybe, you’ll do better—fine. Stay on your little wheel, spinning endlessly while the rest of us make something of this fleeting ride on the spindle. Just don’t expect me to wait for you. I’ve got places to go, and I’ll take the falls, the risks, and the rewards over standing still any day.

So when the wheel keeps turning, and you’re still in the same spot, remember this: it’s not the planet that failed you. It’s not time, or fate, or bad luck. It’s you. Because the wheel spins for all of us, but only a few of us actually know how to use it.
